Jeana’s parents wanted to take us to visit Bear World. Bear World is basically a zoo which features bears, hence the obscure name.
To see the bears, we had to drive in the car with windows rolled up. Grandpa was slow to roll up his window after paying the entrance fee. Audrey was quick to tell Grandpa his business and to get his window rolled up! Bear World also had a petting zoo with goats, deer, ducks, chickens, and a whole lot of dung from the said animals. Kate had a bit of a run in with a goat. Or, rather, the goat tried to run in to her. Kate would reach up into the animal food candy machines and the goats thought that Kate was going to feed them. They were about Kate’s size. When one walked up to Kate she held out her hand for the goat to lick her hand. Kate didn’t like it, she said, “OUCH!”
