Our friends, Greg and Missy Stebbing, introduced us to a really fun and addictive sport called slacklining. Jeana got me some gear for a Christmas present and I was really anxious to get out and have a go. We went to a local park and setup the line between two trees located right next to a playground (to help occupy the kids). The line was a bit too short, but was still a challenge.

The day after we tried this, we went rock climbing, and setup a longer slackline. This line was a bit higher and more difficult to get up on. Now I find myself driving down the road scoping out possible slackline locations.
Thanks for not posting any pictures of the old lady who went slack lining with you.
I figured the video of the old lady was sufficient.
Looks like fun. You should get the kids into it too and you could little circus shows around town!! Just kiddin’. Next time we hook up I would like to give it a try.
Ummm… Isn’t this called tightrope walking? Are you supposed to get good enough to let go of their hand or do you always hold onto their hand.
This looks like what we did on the island of St. Maarten at Loterie Tree Farm on their Zip Line course, except that we had on harnesses for safety because we were up in the trees. It was very fun though. Quite a work-out.
