Sleepy Heads
Yesterday we moved the bunkbeds apart. I thought it was probably going to be like the first night they shared a room, where they were running around, jumping around and staying up all hours of the night, but I was wrong. They fell asleep really fast, but this is how we found them. We’ll probably have to move Kate into her own bed every night for the next little while.
Kate has been horrible at taking naps lately. We can tell she’s tired, but she just pushes through it and keeps herself awake. Today at dinner, she finally crashed. I know most kids have pictures of sleeping in their high chairs, but it has never happened to either of my kids before and Kate is almost 3. I just couldn’t resist taking pictures as her head nodded back and forth until she eventually found a comfy position.

I wish! My kids will not take naps and still be up until 10:00.

Hi Jeana and Scott! This is Rhonda (Clements) from High school. I found your blog while “blog snooping”. It’s so great to see photos of you (you look great) and what you’ve been up to. Cute kids! That picture of them sleeping is so sweet.

That is absolutally adorable. I, too, have rarely stumbled across one of my children asleep unscheduled. It makes it all the more cute when you do. I wonder if Kate and my Lydia are close to the same age. Lydia is 3 in December and still has those chunky baby cheeks like Kate.

Oh how sweet!!! I wish I could have been there to scoop her up and take her to her bed. What a little angel! She’s growing into a darling little girl. I wonder how old Audrey was when she quit taking naps. I still wish I could have a nap each day! Some days, I do. It’s great!!!

From Axis 41… Sleepy kids, can be funny. My little girl was doing some head bobbin the other night, we of course got it on video! She was bobbin so much we thought she might fall out of her chair. So how are you guys doing? What are you up to these days. Ping me via email, sure would like to catch up! I had to laugh when I saw another MHS friend on the comments list!
